Making progress on this painting… I think it the forms are starting to come together. There’s an unexpected consequence of combining the ink and watercolor in some areas of the painting. While the watercolor leaves a matte finish, the ink has a small sheen when viewing the painting from the side. Not the worst consequence for a finish, but it’s something I’m learning through the process.
