I am still learning how ink reacts to different types of paper, amounts of water, and brushstrokes. This is a quick study using wet-on-wet–when the paper is saturated with water before you begin painting with a brush wet with ink and water. I started composing my next painting (even before I finish the current one) and this painting is in preparation of that.
